dc.description.abstract This research was developed in the poultry production area of the VETERINARIAN MEDICAL SCIENCES FACULTY in the UNIVERSIDAD TECNICA DE MANABI (MANABI TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY) Traditionally Manabí province has been one of the main generators of massive consumer products of poultry products in the 2012 period, the poultry production experimented a price increase of inputs, like vegetal origin protein (soja), this represented a considerable rise in value that affected production cost directly, by the final products, whereby it was necessary to search for alternative diet formulas that allows us obtain the same growing results as traditional diet formulas. The use of the 2nd treatment formulation during the third stage, in the initial phase with a 20 % crude protein plus the addition of lysine and methionine and threonine synthetic doses 0.45 and 0.22 and 0.20% respectively. Growth phase with 18 % crude protein plus adding synthetic lysine and methionine and threonine at doses 0.40 and 0.20 and 0.25 % respectively. In the final phase with 16 % PC plus the addition of synthetic lysine and methionine and threonine at doses 0.42 and 0.20 and 0.28 % respectively, it optimized production rates and provided a better cost-effective way. The treatment that demonstrated the most cost-effective ratio treatment three, which although it did not show the highest levels of performance overall, it was possible to obtain 6 a greater amount of gain, with the average 0.67ctvs earned for each dollar invested. Followed by treatment with two 0.61ctvs and finally one treatment (control) with 0.51ctvs. Earned for each dollar invested. As you gain more money with the use of the t3, the production levels showed us it is best to use the t2, take into account changes in prices in both raw material and the final product, to observe changes in regarding prices, investment and profits. It took 42 days for this fieldwork from May 10th to June 21st 2012 year, in this time period all control treatment groups were divided in 5 repetitions treatments each one, making a raffle to submit each repetition to random. Thereby each repetition was exposed to different environment types in the same loop system. For statistical analysis ADEVA was used and 0, 5% Tukey significance test, demonstrating in evaluated treatments, T2 treatment was the best production performance in this research experiment. KEY WORDS: Adeva: analysis of variance, TUKEY significance test: statistical test C.A.: is the amount of food that an animal used per unit of weight gain (kg) Chickens, Protein., Aminioacids, Lysine, Methionine, Threonine. es_ES
