Control de inventarios y su influencia en la rentabilidad de la Distribuidora PORTOCENTRO, Período 2019-2020.

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to evaluate inventory control and its influence on the profitability of Distribuidora PORTOCENTRO, Period 2019-2020, this research is descriptive since it specifies on inventory control and its influence on the profitability of the distributor PORTOCENTRO. It is from the field, because information will be collected directly with the people involved in inventory control and in the administration of the company. To collect the information, we proceeded to carry out internal control questionnaires based on aspects that the regulations set out, in addition to the surveys directed at administrative personnel that allowed determining the necessary data that allowed the development of the degree work. All the foregoing confirms to us, the degree of importance that the company has of having an efficient, effective, flexible and timely internal control manual, which are adapted to the needs of the business market and thus allow compliance with economic policies and regulations of the company. A good inventory control manual allows us to fully evaluate the general and specific processes carried out by the company and consequently improves productivity, economy, efficiency of operations to achieve the objectives in consideration with the staff, minimizing the risk inherent in the activity of the company.
