Abstract

In the present degree work ´´ Environmental costs of sustainable tourism activities and its impact on the decentralized autonomous government Santa Ana years 2015-2016 ´´, start from the theoretical fundament and legal from the environmental, tourist, budget, laws, decree, ordinances and guidelines from the central government until the municipality of Santa Ana. On this were applied interviews and quiz to officers and actors that they are involved in the tourism activities. Established the research parameters of bibliographic historical character was collected the information about aspects of levels of water contamination , waste quantification process and inorganics as well as the aspects that have to do with consumption of basic services , like electricity water that is consumed and water treatment established in this it was determined the calculation of environmental costs and the way in how should proceed before of register it in entities and organisms are these to the public or private sector , however it must be indicated that in the public sector the only national account catalog not establishes the direct way of the contamination , but this research tends to present a substantial element or a model of like the costs and finally establish conclusion and recommendations that are established in the research
