ELABORACIÓN DE UN PLAN DE INTERVENCIÓN SOBRE LAS CONDUTAS Y CREENCIAS DE LOS DOCENTES DE ESTUDIANTES CON DISCAPACIDAD DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ DEL PERIODO 2021

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to develop an intervention plan on the behaviors and beliefs of teachers of students with disabilities at the Technical University of Manabí for the period 2021 through bibliographic review and analysis. A qualitative methodology was proposed, with a phenomenological and narrative scope, which focuses on describing the way in which a participant experiences a specific event. The different guides and protocols that are related to the subject studied were reviewed methodologically. It was concluded that there is a lack of documentation and scientific studies related to treatment in the therapeutic field that help teachers of students with disabilities. For the elaboration of the intervention plan with the collection of bibliographic data and the interviews with the teachers, it was proceeded to elaborate it under the collection of different behavioral cognitive techniques.
