| dc.description | El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los procedimientos administrativos para la concesión y recuperación de créditos en la COACMES, siendo una investigación descriptiva porque nos permitió conseguir una mayor cantidad de información sobre los procesos de concesión y recuperación de créditos y exploratoria porque las fuentes de información se las encontró visitando la COACMES y teniendo contacto directo con las personas que proporcionaron los datos para cumplir los objetivos. En base a los resultados alcanzados se pudieron analizar los procedimientos administrativos para la concesión y recuperación de créditos en la COACMES. La investigación realizada es de utilidad para la COACMES ubicada en el balneario San Jacinto, ya que al aplicar correctamente los procesos administrativos para la concesión y recuperación de créditos les permitirá controlar o minimizar las carteras vencidas. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research work was to analyze the administrative procedures for the granting and recovery of credits in COACMES, being a descriptive research because it will win us to get a greater amount of information on the processes of granting and recovery of credits and exploratory because the sources of Information was found by visiting COACMES and having direct contact with the people who provided the data to meet the objectives. Based on the results achieved, it was possible to analyze the administrative procedures for the granting and recovery of credits in COACMES. The investigation will be carried out of use for the COACMES located in the San Jacinto resort, since by correctly applying the administrative processes for the granting and recovery of credits they will allow them to control or minimize overdue portfolios. | en |
