Abstract

The time of the Covid-19 pandemic that affected all humanity, the educational area, was no exception since not only physical health was affected but also mental health, and it is questionable and reason for analysis how teachers are affected, who with emotional burdens carry the weight of teaching others. The protective factors and work performance in teachers have had a great impact on academic processes during the time of pandemic, knowing the psychological situation in which teachers face their work area, through a research work that will apply a psychological test focused on resilience in which the protective factors and work performance in the teachers of the Educational Unit "Manuel Andrade Ureta" of Portoviejo - Manabí - Ecuador during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic May to September 2021. Which will allow to know the factors that influence the process of work performance.
