Abstract

The purpose of this work is based on the elaboration of a manual of procedures and functions which will allow to establish each one of the guidelines for the adequate performance of the employer, administrative personnel and workers, this manual is directed For the production, marketing and administrative department. For the elaboration of this manual of procedures and functions different research techniques were established among which we used the survey to the workers, the interview to the President of the company with the purpose of knowing the real Situation of the same and thus us through the results obtained to start the elaboration of the Manual of Procedures and functions of the aforementioned departments. Once the Manual of Procedures and functions has been completed, this will allow the company to have a better functioning in each one of the activities that it carries out daily to fulfill its objectives
