Abstract

This degree work "Technical advice for the construction and implementation of a power line in the area of possession of wild fauna of the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí", focuses on the equipment and placement of various elements for the construction of the electrical installations and contribute to creating the necessary material conditions in the center, which allow a comfortable stay of the animals, contributing to be able to provide adequate attention to the wild species that are housed and that will need to take care of the injuries that they have suffered due to accidents , whether on roads due to being run over, mistreatment at the hands of man, hunting and that do not have a suitable physical space to attend to their medical needs. With the placement of the power lines, including their lamps and repowering equipment, conditions are created that benefit and at the same time prevent any type of accidents, whether due to the escape of any animal that is housed in the provisional holding center or one that may get in. In addition, having adequate lighting allows proper management of these wild animals, and guarantees better animal welfare conditions.
