| dc.description | The present research was carried out in the Library (Municipal) or Public of Canton Chone, this study aims to analyze the importance that a librarian has as a developer agent of reading, from which it was possible to know the users and themselves to the Librarians who are aware of their protagonist role as agents that develop reading; In addition to the consideration that Ecuador is a country where the least is read, and most people who do not read indicate that they have no interest in doing so; So it is proposed that the librarian should be the agent that promotes interest in reading through a program where an active and inclusive space is fostered to promote it, from which the characteristics that should have this program in Based on the use of surveys (field research) to 40 regular users, who indicated that they would agree to this program if it were addressed to all areas of knowledge and that allows interest, as well as the use of free time, information and Resolution of questions to encourage user interest in the program; Which makes us think that the librarian should really be the reading development agent that is required in the country. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La actual investigación se realizó en la Biblioteca (Municipal) o Pública del Cantón Chone, este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia que tiene un bibliotecólogo como agente desarrollador de la lectura, de lo cual fue posible conocer a los usuarios y así mismos a los bibliotecólogos que están conscientes de su rol protagónico como agentes desarrolladores de la lectura; además poniendo a consideración que el Ecuador es un país en el que menos se lee, y la mayor parte de personas que no leen indican que no tienen interés por hacerlo; por lo que se propone que el bibliotecólogo debe ser el agente que promueva el interés por la lectura a través de un programa donde se propicie un espacio activo e inclusivo para fomentar la misma, de lo cual se tomaron las características que debería tener este programa en base al uso de encuestas (investigación de campo) a 40 usuarios asiduos, quienes indicaron que estarían de acuerdo con dicho programa si este fuera encaminado a todas las áreas del conocimiento y que permita el interés, así como el uso de tiempo libre, información y resolución de preguntas para incentivar al interés de los usuarios al programa; lo que hace pensar que realmente el bibliotecólogo debe ser el agente desarrollador de lectura que se requiere en el país. | es_ES |
