Abstract

This degree work contributes to a global work through which it is intended to have 5 types of basic housing with different materials, thus contributing to this with a basic reinforced concrete housing solution. Homelessness is present in many places in the world and it is no exception in the city of Portoviejo. This forces several families to often live in the same house and the adequate conditions for their stay in them are not provided, day after day. Every day people are looking for a place to live and have a place to take refuge in such a way that governments seek to create new solutions for housing problems, the idea is to have housing solutions with low cost and using one of the most used construction materials today such as reinforced concrete so that their construction is feasible and safe, so the aim is to show different solutions to housing problems, whether by blocks of flats or single-family homes that help to overcome this problem and that comply with all the requirements. requirements established by the laws for this type of housing so that the inhabitants can have the satisfaction of having a place to live fully with all the basic services focused on good living as established by the current constitution of Ecuador.
