Abstract
This research work entitled "Design and renovation of sanitary facilities at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at the Technical University of Manabí, phase 2" overall objective was to carry out a new design modernizing existing restrooms, making adjustments to allow free access for people with special needs, the required specifications we proceeded to the preparation of the plans with which the respective budgets were prepared the same as are detailed in section 7.1.2. and 7.1.3., which work the same benefits students, teachers and other members of the university community, providing a healthy and hygienic for use by all users environment also helps ran Technical University Manabí through infrastructure improvements to the process of accreditation. El presente trabajo investigativo titulado “Diseño y Remodelación de Unidades Sanitarias en la Facultad de Ciencias Matemáticas, Físicas y Químicas de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, fase 2” tuvo como objetivo general la realización de un nuevo diseño modernizando las actuales baterías sanitarias, realizando adaptaciones que permitieran la libre accesibilidad para personas con capacidades especiales, con las especificaciones requeridas se procedió a la elaboración de los planos con los cuales se elaboraron los presupuestos respectivos los mismos que se encuentran detallados en el epígrafe 7.1.2. y 7.1.3., con lo cual se ejecutó la obra la misma que beneficia a los estudiantes, docentes y demás integrantes de la comunidad universitaria, brindando un ambiente sano e higiénico para el uso de todos los usuarios, además ayuda a la Universidad Técnica de Manabí a través del mejoramiento de la infraestructura con el proceso de acreditación.
