Evaluación de los proyectos ejecutados por el fondo Ecuatoriano populorum progressio (fepp)-regional portoviejo en el año 2016 y su impacto en las zonas vulnerables de la provincia de Manabí.

Abstract

The present research work was carried out based on an evaluation of the projects executed by the Ecuatorian Populorum Progressio Fund of the city of Portoviejo, for which it was necessary to choose to use a range of techniques capable of achieving the proposed objectives. The impact evaluation research that is presented is of a mixed nature, since qualitative and quantitative visions are complemented, and the use of mixed techniques, placing an exclusive focus on a constant work in the field and, mainly, on first-order information , in the subsequent analyzes. The projects executed by the FEPP are effective means of promoting development processes. In the FEPP it is estimated that the projects acquire their full meaning when, transcending a specific intervention, they promote and strengthen the processes and changes that the population is developing. Thus, the projects are an intense moment to respond to the needs and promote the potential of the population. It is for this reason that once carried out the surveys to the beneficiaries of the projects that the Fepp executed in 2016 and the interviews applied to the accountant it was possible to verify that the execution of the projects was fulfilled in a 99% within the time, budget and objectives thereof. Finally, the respective conclusions and recommendations that were found within the research process of the problem raised in this investigation are elaborated. The recommendations given were made known to the administrative part of the organization, same recommendations we hope they are met, for the proper functioning of the projects and the organization.
