Abstract

The following study is based on the urban redevelopment for the campus of the Technical University of Manabí, the needs that are generated within the facility located in the Portoviejo Canton province of Manabí, as to vehicular mobility, pedestrian mobility and the little space for parking makes this work a very interesting analysis regarding the corresponding to phase 2, going from the door #2 to the third gateway of the Administrative Sciences faculties located at University Avenue. The University does not have an urban planning, so this creates problems not only to the people passing through the sectors place, if not to vehicular transport that target different parking areas cause conflicts with pedestrians by failing to own sector identifications. Previous studies showed deficiencies access to areas that provide a better quality of life to the students, so it seeks solutions that provide welfare amid a welcoming atmosphere.
