dc.description La presente investigación identificó los factores protectores y de riesgo y su incidencia en la resiliencia de madres de niños con discapacidad de la Fundación Patitos en el cantón Bolívar, para lo cual se aplicó la Escala de Resiliencia SV-RES y una entrevista estructurada por medio de los cuales se establecieron los niveles de resiliencia. La investigación es de carácter descriptivo ya que se identificaron los factores de riesgo y protectores y posteriormente se estableció los niveles de resiliencia para analizar y describir si existe alguna influencia significativa relacionando estas variables. Los resultados del análisis de esta investigación muestran altos niveles de resiliencia en madres que conformaron la muestra, así también se identificó que poseen más factores protectores que de riesgo, lo que constituye una oportunidad para el desarrollo de la resiliencia.
dc.description.abstract The present investigation identified the protective and risk factors and their incidence on the resilience of mothers of children with disabilities from the Patitos Foundation in the Bolívar canton, for which the SV-RES Resilience Scale and a survey were applied through the which levels of resilience were established. The research is descriptive in nature since the risk and protective factors were identified and then the levels of resilience were established to analyze and describe if there is any significant influence relating these variables. The results of the analysis of this research show high levels of resilience in mothers who made up the sample, thus it was also identified that they have more protective factors than risk factors, which constitutes an opportunity for the development of resilience.
