dc.description El presente trabajo de investigación cuyo tema es el “Control de la Calidad con Base a la Norma ISO 14001 en el Mercado de Pesca Artesanal de la Parroquia Crucita”, donde el objetivo general es “Analizar el Control de la calidad con base a la norma ISO 14001 en el mercado de pesca artesanal de la parroquia Crucita” se realizó mediante los procesos metodológicos como es la investigación analítica y estadística, dirigida a describir el control de calidad ambiental en este mercado de producción pesquera que se dedica a la recolección y comercialización de productos del mar, de dicho desarrollo se pudo concluir que: este sector económico no cuenta con normas ambientales o de calidad para el uso adecuado de los productos que se ofrecen, así mismo la imagen de este mercado se ve afectada debido a las malas prácticas ambientales. es
dc.description.abstract This research work whose theme is "Quality Control based on the ISO 14001 Standard in the Craft Fishing Market of the Crucita Parish", where the general objective is "Analyze the Quality Control based on the standard ISO 14001 in the artisanal fishing market of the Crucita parish ”was carried out through methodological processes such as Analytical and Statistical research, aimed at describing the environmental quality control in this fish production market that is dedicated to the collection and commercialization of products from the sea, from this development it was concluded that: this economic sector does not have environmental or quality standards for the proper use of the products offered, likewise the image of this market is affected due to bad environmental practices. en
