Diseño y construcción de la estructura del edificio de la biblioteca de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Fase 5

Abstract

In this context realizes the present qualified project "Design and construction of the structure of the building of the Library of Manabí's Technical University. Phase 5", realized with the methodology of the logical frame. The project of intervention had as END: to improve the university infrastructure; as INTENTION to design and to construct a building for the Central Library of Manabí's Technical University; and his RESULTS were orientated: 1) to identifying the theoretical foundations on the design of student university libraries; 2) to analyze the procedure and characteristics of these; 3) to describe the need of a university library; 4) to design the building; and, 5) to realize structural calculation for the construction of the student library of Manabí's Technical University. For the fulfillment of these results there established a set of activities and tasks the same ones that developed in agreement to the established chronogram. The indicators established in the Counterfoil of the Marco Logic fulfilled in its entirety what guaranteed the success and the sustainability of the project. Since conclusion establishes that the Civil Engineer must act with wide knowledge of the new technologies and to must be the principal factor of the structural development, be capable of generating innovative constructions what it will contribute to the well-being and development of this soul máter.
