Abstract

The aim of the analysis of intelligent buildings is orientated to manage the improvement of the process education learning and environmentalist of the career of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Chemical Sciences IX across futurist buildings that allows the academic growth of the institution and environmentalist has a role inside the ecosystem. The present research allowed us to contribute to the improvement of the education - learning and in turn to improve the comfort of the classrooms 206, 310, 311, 313, 314 of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Chemical Sciences, which allowed us to realize this work of Thesis under the modality of community works, the same one that bases in " DESIGN OF AN INTELLIGENT BUILDING FOR THE FACULTY OF MATHEMATICAL, PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL SCIENCES OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF MANABÍ AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A SYSTEM OF AIR CONDITIONING. PART II 2013 ". Due to the fact that these classrooms as a lot of time have not had a propitious environment to acquire the knowledge given by the teachers, there was had the imperious need to equip the classrooms to improve the academic development as students and later performance in the professional activity in the future. For the accomplishment of this project of thesis there was necessary the implementation of a system of air conditioning, installing airs conditioned in each of the classrooms before mentioned changing the internal environment and it doing a more suitable place for the environment education - learning. It is necessary to demonstrate that the equipment of this classroom and the respective electrical facilities realized in this thesis were carried out expiring with all the technical requirements stipulated in the civil in force procedure, for such a motive a propitious environment assures itself for the accomplishment acquisition of the knowledge and this way to have a quality education.
