Abstract
Las secretarias y secretarios ejecutivos se han convertido en el brazo derecho
de una institución, empresa u organización, además han pasado a ocupar un rol clave
en su gestión y administración, aportando soluciones a los conflictos, creatividad y
dinamismo a los proyectos y organización a las tareas cotidianas. Son profesionales
con cualidades y competencias específicas, técnicas y competencias humanistas y
personales.
El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la incidencia del perfil
profesional y la inserción laboral de las secretarias y secretarios ejecutivos, en el
campo de la salud del cantón Portoviejo 2016. Para ello se establecieron métodos de
investigación que permitieron determinar los resultados para lograr los objetivos
planteados.
El marco teórico fundamenta las variables de estudio, en el cual se destacan los
temas en cuanto a la formación y perfil profesional, competencias, cualidades y el
código deontológico de las y los secretarios ejecutivos; en inserción laboral se detalla
información acerca del proceso de incorporación de profesionales al mercado laboral,
en instituciones públicas y privadas, Investigación que también se considera como
importante describir la situación de los profesionales de la carrera de secretariado
ejecutivo.
La técnica empleada en la investigación fue la encuesta que permitió dar
respuesta al tema propuesto mediante un cuestionario; empleándose así mismo, los
métodos inductivo, deductivo, analítico, bibliográfico y estadístico.
Finalmente se realizan las conclusiones y recomendaciones dando respuestas a
los objetivos planteados que consistió en determinar el perfil y la inserción laboral de
las secretarias y secretarios ejecutivos del campo de salud, del cantón Portoviejo.
Description
The secretaries and executive secretaries have become the right arm of a
company, have also come to occupy a key role in the management and administration
of companies, providing solutions to conflicts, creativity and dynamism to projects,
and organization at daily Homeworks.
The objective of this research is to determine the incidence of the
professional profile and the labor insertion of the secretaries and executive secretaries,
in the health field of the Portoviejo 2016 canton. For this, research methods were
established that would allow to determine the results on the basis of the planted
objectives.
In the theoretical framework, the themes of the qualitative and quantitative
variables are deployed, highlighting the topics related to the professional profile of the
secretary and executive secretary: function, qualities, competencies, skills and
deontological code of the Secretaries In relation to labor insertion, information about
the process of incorporating professionals into the labor market is detailed, in which
the academic training that the secretaries and secretaries should use in the office is
deployed. Research which is also considered as important to describe the employment
and unemployment situation that exists at global and national level in general.
To achieve the success of the work, it was necessary to resort to the research,
diagnostic and propositional methodology, which allowed to respond to the proposed
topic, using research, bibliographic, analytical and statistical methods.
Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are made giving answers to the
objectives set out, which consisted of determining the profile and the labor insertion of
the secretaries and executive secretaries of the health field, Canton Portoviejo.
