Abstract
The objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the effect of different doses of acetylsalicylic acid in the feed of broiler chickens with the purpose of improving the productive parameters. 200 chicks of the one day old Ross 308 Genetics Line were used. For the purposes of the research, food rations were used to meet the nutritional requirements of chickens (isoproteic and isocaloric) which started from the 1st day of age until the market, until this time the chickens will generally consume a food of start, growth and fattening, respecting the nutritional requirements according to age and the recommendations of the genetic line. Three doses were used in balance for the chickens of the experiment (start, growth and fattening), with 50 animals, distributed in 5 repetitions of 10 animals each for which a Completely Random Design was used. The control treatment (T1) without the addition of acetylsalicylic acid, in treatments (T2), (T3) and (T4), 3 diets were prepared using acetylsalicylic acid at levels of 200, 300 and 400 gr / tM. A positive behavior was observed in the treatment T4 since in this treatment a greater productive behavior was reflected in the variables studied with difference in the T1 that was the lowest productive behavior in food conversion. The cost - benefit ratio between diets reflects that the best productive performance is obtained in Q4, although there was a negative response regarding the gain because for every dollar invested, 0.07 $ was lost. This negative response is reflected in the fact that at that time of the sale of the chickens the market was saturated by the large quantity of them for sale and for that the value was extremely low. Taking into account the results obtained in this research, it can be said that they are similar to those obtained in the aforementioned works since the doses used for each treatment vary according to each investigation, but the doses that are the best for the increase in productive behavior are within of the range of the dose used in this investigation being the one that was better for weight gain treatment 4 (400gr / Tm Acetylsalicylic acid).
