Abstract

The aim of this study was to strengthen the services provided by the Central Library to the educational community of the Technical University of Manabí through visualization and perception of internal painting of this building, for it was necessary to determine the participatory methodology of and descriptive field, for which a participatory diagnosis using the tools and techniques of direct observation, meetings with the heads of the Central Library of the technical University of Manabí and interview was conducted. It was necessary to specify the equipment and materials, identify the causes of the deterioration of the internal painting of the Central Library and encourage students to use the services offered by the Central Library and thereby sensitize the university community about the importance of care to be provided to the internal paint center. The results obtained allowed to propose maintenance plan internal painting of the Central Library of the Technical University of Manabí.
