Plan estratégico y su incidencia en el cumplimiento de la gestión administrativa del Comando de la Policía Nacional de la subzona N°13 Distrito Portoviejo. Periodo 2017- 2021.

Abstract

The National Police Command of Subzone N ° 13 Portoviejo District, is the entity incharge of providing public security to all citizens, it is regulated by the Ministry of Government of Ecuador, located on Vía Crucita km one and a half opposite to the Repsol gas station. Therefore, part of its institutional development and continuous improvement process are aligned with a Strategic Plan, being a fundamental basis for more efficient management, allowing it to face the main problems of the institutions in advance, identifying future threats that may arise. For this reason, the general objective is the evaluation of the strategic plan and its impact on the fulfillment of the administrative management of the National Police Command of Subzone No. 13 Portoviejo District. The type of investigation will be diagnostic because contact will be made with the company to be able to apply quantitative and qualitative techniques, which establish the interrelation of causality. Also descriptive because the independent variable (Strategic Plan) and the dependent variable (Administrative management) will be described, and explanatory, since it is an investigation that will relate cause and effect in the approach to the problem. Thus, information gathering techniques are used such as the interview, which was directed to the administrative staff, including the Chief of Operations and the Analyst of the National Police Subzone N ° 13 Command, and a questionnaire through which obtained the results for the analysis of the matrices, in addition to the elaboration of the internal control questionnaire with which the findings were determined and the proposal for improvement of the administrative processes was obtained.
