Abstract

Besides controlling the execution of what establishes the laws, coordinating with the Departments for the actions in the legal field of benefits of services to the community. According to the commercial evaluations the Registration of the Property of the city of Portoviejo has a tariff that stable a variation range that goes from the initial and final payment, which is registered among USD 0,00 to USD 14,00; he/she also settles down it among USD 3.600,01 to USD 10.000. on the other hand the value of the inscription is carried out it among an initial payment that oscillates in USD 9,00 more the IVA that is of USD 1,08 registering a total of USD 10,08 to USD 224,00 of total to pay with a value of inscription of USD 200,00 more USD 24,00 for concept of the IVA. In the detail of the services officialized by this entity, it is identified to the declaration of the horizontal property, which has a cost of USD 40.00 with an IVA of USD 4,80 settling down an I mount to pay equivalent to USD 44,80. The testaments, cancellation of the family patrimony and awards of the INDA have a total cost of USD 17,92, which is fractioned in USD 16,00 more the IVA USD 1,92.ÇThe seizures, demands, sentences, interdictions, judicial prohibitions of alienating and their cancellations establish values for an I mount of USD 8,96. For the case of certifications of the registration of the property, solvencies, obligations and domain limitations their tariff is established in USD 7,84. In the case of the certifications of real estate registration values corresponding to USD settle down 3,36.
