dc.description El presente trabajo tiene como propósito elaborar el complemento de un edificio para el uso de los docentes de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí como una alternativa de diseño en futuras construcciones, fundamentado en las Normas Ecuatorianas de Construcción (Nec-11), el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Normalización (INEN-11) y el Reglamento de seguridad y salud de los trabajadores y mejoramiento del medio ambiente. El edificio consta de 3 pisos, y el bloque de escalera-ascensor de 4 pisos, donde se distribuirán las oficinas de trabajo para los docentes, con la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías para su funcionamiento dando mayor seguridad, creando un ambiente que maximice la eficiencia de los ocupantes, con una correcta distribución de espacio suficiente, adecuado y necesario en las áreas de trabajo, realizando una correcta distribución del servicio de agua potable y aguas servidas para desarrollar sus funciones de manera óptima y eficaz. Al final de la tesis se presentan, como parte de la propuesta, los planos arquitectónicos y el presupuesto total del edificio. es
dc.description.abstract This paper aims to develop the complement of a building for the use of teachers at the Universidad Técnica de Manabí as an alternative future construction design, based on the Construction Reporting Standards ( Nec -11) , the Ecuadorian Institute of (INEN - 11) and the regulation of health and safety at work and environmental improvement . The building consists of three floors, and stair - lift block four floors, where the offices of work for teachers will be distributed with the application of new technologies for operation giving greater security , creating an environment that maximizes the efficiency of occupants , with a correct distribution of adequate, appropriate and necessary space in the areas of work, with a correct distribution of drinking water and wastewater to perform their functions optimally and effectively. At the end of the thesis is presented as part of the proposal, the architectural plans and the total budget of the building. en
