ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA PLANTA PROCESADORA DE BEBIDAS CARBONATADAS DE HIERBAS AROMATICAS EN EL CANTÓN CHONE.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship project arose from the need to create a processing plant for carbonated beverages based on aromatic herbs, the San Andrés site of the Santa Rita del Cantón Chone parish. The market study was carried out, where it was determined that there is an unsatisfied demand of the 1827 potential consumers. Through the technical design of the project, it was possible to indicate that the units to be produced per year will be 39,924 bottles of 500 ml, in addition, the adequate structure was established in terms of the size of the plant, necessary to satisfy the existing needs. The flow chart was made to facilitate and clearly explain the operations necessary to go from raw materials to finished products. The financial study shows an initial investment of $40,485.00 and the study projected a net flow of $146,534.21 over 5 years, with a benefit-cost ratio of $2.10. The value of the NPV is $55,578.59, an IRR of 56%, these financial indicators allow us to conclude that the project is feasible. An environmental study was carried out to analyze the possible positive and negative impacts that the project can generate, which as results were within acceptable limits.
