| dc.description | El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar una estrategia de capacitación en resiliencia, dirigida a docentes tutores de la carrera de Psicología de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí para orientar el proceso de investigación en trabajo de grado de los investigadores nóveles sobre resiliencia en tiempo de COVID-19. Por ello se logró determinar las pautas de formación y necesidades de capacitación que deben alcanzar los docentes. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo. La presente investigación pudo evidenciar la necesidad de dignificar la función de los tutores de trabajo de investigación de grado en resiliencia en tiempo de Covid 19 en la carrera de psicología, de allí la importancia de valorar las estrategias de capacitación. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This project aims to design a resilience training strategy, aimed at tutors of the Psychology career of the Technical University of Manabí to guide the research process in undergraduate work of new researchers on resilience in time of COVID-19. For this reason, it was possible to determine the training guidelines and training needs that teachers must achieve. For the development of the research a quantitative study was carried out. The present research was able to demonstrate the need to dignify the role of tutors of research work of degree in resilience in time of Covid 19 in the psychology career, hence the importance of valuing training strategies. . | |
