FORMULACIÓN E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LA PRIMERA FASE DEL PROGRAMA DE REGULACIÓN Y CERTIFICACIÓN DE LA CALIDAD INFRAESTRUCTURAL DE LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DEL ECUADOR

Abstract

This community work entitled "Formulation and implementation of the first phase of the regulation and certification of the quality infrastructure of educational institutions of Ecuador". It arose as an adaptation of a national project that was being developed by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador, which was in its test phase (pilot) in five provinces of the country (Azuay, Guayas, Manabi, Morona Santiago and Pichincha). This project included all areas involving the national education system. The results of this work sustained the previous specifically in the area of infrastructure for a sample of 60 educational institutions corresponding to the province of Manabi. The stated goal in this work was "Validate software control matrix for quality certification of educational infrastructure of Ecuador", which was reached with the joint support of international organizations, several universities, representatives of visited institutions, among others. Among the main conclusions drawn include knowledge of pproblems that have existed in the administration of education by the poor handling of your information, linked to the lack of technological tools and software that was implemented, in addition to verification of considerable delay that is the province of Manabi about new educational infrastructure for the maintenance of existing ones, that in specific cases lack even basic services. In the proposed recommendations to choose highlights the standardization of educational infrastructure, so that equal opportunities exist throughout the country, and considering that the climate of the classroom education as a basic need for the harmonious development of the chair
