dc.description Las unidades educativas son objeto de estudio de diversas índoles, por lo que es un medio donde interactúan los estudiantes y docentes, que ocasionalmente conllevan a desencadenar estrés en los docentes a causa de diferentes factores, influyendo además en la motivación de los mismos. Debido a ello el presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia del estrés laboral en la motivación de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Club Rotario Portoviejo en el periodo académico 2019 – 2020. La población y muestra identificada fueron 24 docentes de la Unidad Educativa Club Rotario Portoviejo. Para su desarrollo se aplicó una investigación de tipo descriptiva y correlacional y a su vez de campo y bibliográfica. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, establecida a través de dos cuestionarios, la escala de Maslach y el Análisis de perfil motivacional (APM).
dc.description.abstract Educational units are the object of study of various kinds, so it is a medium where students and teachers interact, which occasionally lead to trigger stress in teachers due to different factors, also influencing their motivation. Due to this, the present research work aimed to determine the incidence of work stress and the motivation of the teachers of the Portoviejo Rotary Club Educational Unit in the 2019-2020 academic period. The population and identified sample were 24 teachers of the Educational Unit Rotary Club Portoviejo. For its development, a descriptive and correlational research was applied, as well as field and bibliographic research. The technique used was the survey, established through two questionnaires, the Maslach scale and the Motivational Profile Analysis (APM).
