LOS FACTORES ECONÓMICOS INMERSOS EN LA INVERSIÓN PRIVADA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESARROLLO EMPRESARIAL DE LA CIUDAD DE PORTOVIEJO. PERÍODO 2003-2006

Abstract

For the national economy, the investment, supposes an increase of the value of real capital of the country, about everything of the productive one, as factories, machineries or means of transport, for example, such as the increase of thevhuman capital as qualified manpower. The definition of which the certain factors of the investment level are it is one of the most polemic questions in the economy. There are diverse positions. On one hand, the 'theory of the accelerator' it links the level of annual investment to the necessary changes in the structure of the capital of an economy due to the changes in the production. This theory, added to other suppositions, has a lot of importance for certain relative theories to the economic cycles. The first chapter it contains a brief analysis of the project remarking the different phases guided to the realization of the investigated topic, consisting the essential part and preliminary of the investigation. The second chapter comprise the reference mark, theoretical and conceptual where it is specific the bibliographical bases and all the concerning one to the factors economic immersed in the private investment and its incidence in the managerial development of the Portoviejo city. Period 2003-2006. In the third chapter reference the methodological design it is made using in the development of the investigation like the techniques, the number of people implied as study object, stops this way to make the tabulation and analysis of the thesis. In the fourth chapter comprise it is demonstrated by means of the statistical squares and later on with the respective analysis of each one of them, the reality that they show the factors economic immerses in the private investment and their incidence in the managerial development of the Portoviejo city.
