| dc.description | Occupational placement is the process of incorporating professional workers to the economic activity and the occupational performance includes actions or behaviours of the employees, both on the professional and technical order, and the interpersonal relations, that are compatible with the goals of an organization. The objective of this article is to analize the job placement and performance of professionals that majored in Executive Secretariat, at the Universidad Técnica de Manabí. This is a cuantitative investigation, in which 50 professional, thatare working in many institutions, both public and private, and in social, educational, business and health fields, in the city of Portoviejo, were surveyed; as a result, it the situation and the assesment of employers upon the professional perfomance of the clerks. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La inserción laboral es el proceso de incorporación de los profesionales a la actividad económica y el desempeño laboral incluye acciones o comportamientos de los empleados, tanto en el orden profesional y técnico, como en las relaciones interpersonales, que sean compatibles con las metas de la organización. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la inserción y el desempeño laboral de los profesionales graduados en la carrera de Secretariado Ejecutivo, Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Esta investigación es cuantitativa, se aplicó una encuesta a 50 secretarios profesionales, que se encuentran laborando en diferentes instituciones públicas y privadas, del campo social, educativo, empresarial y de la salud, del cantón Portoviejo; como resultado se evidencia la situación laboral y la valoración que hacen los empleadores sobre el desempeño profesional de los funcionarios. | es_ES |
