La gestión administrativa en la eficacia y eficiencia de la unidad educativa fiscal quince de octubre del cantón Jipijapa, período 1 de enero de 2017 al 31 de diciembre de 2018

Abstract

Administrative management in an organization is essential, for this, administrative processes such as planning, organization, direction and control, broken down into activities, are used to achieve the fulfillment of goals and objectives, efficiently and effectively. This research was developed in the FISCAL EDUCATIONAL UNIT QUINCE DE OCTUBRE. The objective was to analyze the influence of administrative management on the effectiveness and efficiency of the QUINCE DE OCTUBRE FISCAL EDUCATIONAL UNIT of the Jipijapa canton. A management audit was carried out and efficiency and effectiveness indicators were measured to verify administrative processes, achievement of institutional objectives and the responsibility of the authorities to offer educational services. It was a descriptive, non-experimental study, the opinion of the teachers and authorities of the Institution was considered, for the analysis and verification of the information. The development of the thesis is structured as follows: Chapter 1: The research problem, formulation of the problem, objectives, justification and delimitation of applied research in the FISCAL QUINCE DE OCTUBRE EDUCATIONAL UNIT of the Jipijapa canton Chapter 2: Theoretical referential framework, antecedents, theoretical bases of Management audit that was used in the present thesis work, and contextualization of the object of study. Chapter 3: Methodological design, type of research, population, sample and analysis of survey results for teachers of the FISCAL QUINCE DE OCTUBRE EDUCATIONAL UNIT of the Jipijapa canton. Chapter 4: Shows the expected results of the Management Audit of the FISCAL EDUCATIONAL UNIT QUINCE DE OCTUBRE, conclusions and recommendations.
