Caracterización de los materiales utilizados en las construcciones de las viviendas en la parroquia urbana colón del cantón portoviejo

Abstract

This research part from an overview of the research and study problems, pointing to a theoretical delimitation, spatial and temporary. In the chapter II, once develop the theoretical framework it identifies and explains the main elements that compose the system of housing and its relationships. In the chapter III, it defines the reaching that the research has, there are many families who don´t have a decent housing due to the low economic income that they have, situation that resulting compounded by serious problems of physical deterioration from their housing insecurity and irregular tenure from this. In the chapter IV, it develops the methodology used, the method scientific and technical it allowed us know pathologies through of the characterization of the building materials used in the parish households Colón. The variables were defined according to the housing construction, which were analyzed later from a sample survey that was realized to a certain number housing, they raised the hypotheses about the materials which they were built, in which was checked that the mistakes originated, in the constructive stage there are the cause of the problems that actually affect to the households from the neighborhood. In the chapter V, it was proposed the methodological design which consisted in performing the polls that they later were analyzed statistically by tabulations, the objectives of this research it is to improve the knowledge’s and encourage the inhabitants to the parish to apply the rules and constructive technical specification to ensure their safety and quality of life. In the chapter VI, there are determined the conclusions and research recommendations, which allowed us to explain how they affect the living conditions in people´s life and in the development of social relations, proposing solutions to improve the living standards of the people who inhabit in it
