Evaluación de los factores de riesgo ergonómico en los puestos de trabajo de la empresa Puritek

Abstract

The present titling work was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the ergonomic risk factors in the workplaces of the Puritek company. In this case study, the aforementioned establishment, located in the Portoviejo canton, was chosen to know, identify and propose improvements in the controls of ergonomic risks and their impact on the development of each of the workers in the different areas of the company. Likewise, emphasis was placed on the safe work method so that operators and others can be prepared in all production and prevention systems regarding their occupational health. On the other hand, an investigation of theoretical foundations related to the present investigation was carried out based on regulations and improvement actions that helped to improve the processes and in this way be able to certify that the company is empowered by the responsibility that it has with the environment to increase its performance, in addition to diagnosing the processes, which were already mentioned previously. Through this investigation, the methodology was used by methods of REBA, ROSA, and Check list applied to know the working conditions of the operators who work, where results were obtained that showed the levels of existing ergonomic risks, which was useful in order to be able to search for the respective solutions based on the final objective of the work in proposing the planning of preventive activities for the jobs of the Puritek company.
