Estrés ocupacional y su relación con el desempeño laboral en la “Asociación de radio taxistas Divino Niño”, de la parroquia Francisco Pacheco, cantón Portoviejo, provincia de ManabÍ

Abstract

The objective of this research work was to analyze the relationship between Occupational Stress and Work Performance in the "Association of Radio Taxi Drivers Divino Niño", of the Francisco Pacheco Parish of the City of Portoviejo in the period 2019-2020. The design that was used was a non-experimental, transactional correlational type. The instrument used was the questionnaire. The sample was represented by 36 collaborators belonging to the drivers, partners and services provided, of the "Association of Radio Taxi Drivers Divino Niño" Likewise, it was identified through the SPSS statistical package and with the application of Spearman's Rho coefficient, whose result was 0.296, in which it indicates that there is a low positive direct correlation with a p-value of 0.080, therefore, The null hypothesis H0 is rejected and the alternative hypothesis H1 is accepted, which states that there is a relationship between Occupational Stress and the work performance of the collaborators in the "Association of Radio Taxi Drivers Divino Niño", of the Francisco Pacheco Parish of the City of Portoviejo in the period 2021 Coming to the conclusion that the greater the Occupational Stress, the lower the work performance of the taxi drivers in the "Association of Radio Taxi Drivers Divino Niño"
