Abstract

The measures of the personnel's of health of the Hospital bioseguridad Nathalia Vegetable garden of Niemes of the Canton Rocafuerte of April. February of the 2008, it is an investigation mediating retroprospectiva which the outlined variables were studied, where I take like sample to the whole personnel of health that works in this institution, carrying out a survey, where you obtuvierón the following aspects: technical of asepses, labor risks, application of bioseguridad measures in the attention to users for areas, the personnel's general characteristics, bioseguridad norms, knowledge of bioseguridad measures for the personnel, This survey is carried out it in each some of the respective areas that the personnel works. The Objective outlined in this investigation was: To identify the measures of the personnel's of health Bioseguridad being demonstrated with this study that 67% uses measures of Bioseguridad and 33% doesn't use. According to the carried out surveys 83% indicates us that they have not received continuous education on bioseguridad measures. On the protection barriers the alone personnel's 67% uses gloves for the attention of the users. 47% of the labor risks is caused by exhibition parenteral to laboratory materials, and it is caused in more case to the auxiliary personnel of infirmary. The personnel of health 100% this immunized with the vaccine of the hepatitis, on the part of MSP. The results of this study motivate the personnel to continue being enabled in seminars that he/she carries out some institution of MSP, to foment and to upgrade knowledge to apply them according to the bioseguridad norms.
