Abstract
SUMMARY
The present research studies the feasibility for the installation of a procesing plant of functional drinks from Sábila (aloe vera), Leaf(Sheet) of Orange (citrus sinensis) and Handle mangifera indicates l. in the Parish Charapotó - Manabí - Ecuador. I realize a market research of the product, where there was analyzed the demand(lawsuit), the offer, the prices and commercialization of the same one; on having finished this first part, one was determining that 72,25 % of the population consumes functional drinks, which indicates that there is suitable the installation of the producing plant, for potential demand(lawsuit) of the product exist .In addition the students design a business plan deciding the ideal location, installed capacity and description of the productive process of the functional drinks. Also an investment plan is included where the amount is of 222,923.03 in that there is realized a financial analysis of all the conditions of operation, estimating the initial investment, the total costs of operation 505.350,80, the capital of work that is 99,372.65, likewise I determine the economic profitability of the whole investment under clearly definite, such criteria as the Current Clear Net Value 294.266,88 and the Rate it hospitalizes sends inland of Return that I determine in 1,52.

RESUMEN
La presente tesis estudia la factibilidad para la instalación de una planta procesadora de bebidas funcionales a partir de Sábila (aloe vera), Hoja de Naranja (citrus sinensis) y Mango (mangifera indica l.) en la Parroquia Charapotó - Manabí – Ecuador. Se realizó un estudio de mercado del producto, donde se analizó la demanda, la oferta, los precios y comercialización del mismo; al terminar esta primera parte, se determinara que el 72,25% de la población consume bebidas funcionales, lo que indica que es conveniente la instalación de la planta productora, por existir demanda potencial del producto. Además se diseñó un plan de negocios determinándose la localización óptima, capacidad instalada y descripción del proceso productivo de las bebidas funcionales. También se incluye un plan de inversión donde el monto es de 222,923.03 en el que se realiza un análisis financiero de todas las condiciones de operación, estimando la inversión inicial, los costos totales de operación 505.350,80, el capital de trabajo que es 99,372.65, así mismo se determinó la rentabilidad económica de toda la inversión bajo criterios claramente definidos, tales como el Valor Actual Neto 294.266,88 y la Tasa interna de Retorno que se determinó en un 1,52.
