Abstract
Description
The processes of transition allow the human being to occupy a space of personal and integral development from the perspective: human, social and emotional. The right to live a dignified life is vital for every society is of the utmost importance, because exclusion to access can be a variable that does not allow the same conditions of life to be equal: Sex, Gender or Identity. Within the framework of study the labor insertion is a matter of analysis of pertinence because it allows analyzing the organic structures that determine the regulations of both the Public and Private sector, in the case of insertion terminology the RAE determines it as the action and effect of Insert, for the analysis is expected to indentification the labor processes in the city of Portoviejo and directly with the LGBTI community, for a society where the economic sphere is the way of life the demands become stronger. The objective of this research is to analyze the labor situation of the LGBTI groups in the private companies of the City of Portoviejo, in order to provide theoretically and empirically knowledge that allow the recognition of the rights and obligations that by law belong to them. The main beneficiaries will be the LGBTI in order to publicize the places of work in which they can be fully developed. For the investigative process, it was determined that it is of quantitative cut, for that reason the bibliographic method, the descriptive process and the analytical method, with application of the statistical process were used. The interview was used in depth to determine the qualitative data, the observation allowed the identification of the groups of the city, where the probabilistic survey was carried out with statistical results. This work of research was able to analyze the labor situation of the collective LGBTI in the private companies of Portoviejo, where it was found that the majority of these people work on their own, as is the artisanal work (hairdresser, chef, dressmakers , Etc.), there are many factors that lead to their dedication to these tasks. In interviews with lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transsexuals and intersexes, it was possible to verify that they have spent a very complicated life, stories that reflect the reality that many of them spend in the long run of their life. Many have been able to overcome themselves outside of their hometown seeking better ways, others accepting and receiving the rejection of their loved ones. Prejudices or stereotypes generate a double burden in proving that they are trained to fulfill their tasks and with the labor expectation that is deposited in them or them. In some institutions it was noted the curiosity that they agreed that people working in the LGBTI collective, despite not having trained their staff so that it is not something new for them. Companies and labor staff are poorly informed of the issue and this is notable in the statistical graphs of this survey.
