ItemCAPACITACIÓN SOBRE LOS PROCESOS DE RECEPCIÓN Y CONTROL DE HIGIENE DE LA LECHE CRUDA A LOS PRODUCTORES DEL SITIO SAN AGUSTÍN DE LA PARROQUIA 4 DE DICIEMBRE DEL CANTÓN EL CARMEN 2013(INGENIERÍA ZOOTÉCNICA, 2013) CHICA CUSME, MIGUEL JAIRO ; CHICA SANTOS, FACUNDO TRINIDAD ; LOOR ZAMBRANO, MARÍA ESPERANZA ; OCHOA GARZÓN, JORGE MOICESThis project was developed at the San Augustine site, December 4 parish belonging to the El Carmen city in the Property of Mrs Mariana Benalcázar Carranza , it was conducted in the months of June and July 2013 , having as a general objective the capacitation of the producers San Augustine site about the receiving processes and control of raw milk hygiene, the following techniques were used: matrix involved, problem tree , objective tree, alternative tree, logical framework matrix . We used tools such as surveys that were directed to the population of San Augustine site, which it was identified that there are several problems in the methods used by cattle producers to obtain milk. The main reason about these methods they are inadequate because the producers do not know a proper way to milk and store the raw milk, for that reason, taking into account the background above, it was necessary to contribute to the training of hygiene and sanitation of raw milk that promotes the knowledge of who are involved in this type of business. Specific objectives were reached, being a success the Training to cattle milk farmers which from now on will be able to apply the Good Management Practices (GMP) in performing daily milking.

ItemMEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS DE ALIMENTACIÓN DEL GANADO DE ENGORDE EN LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ZOOTÉCNICAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ EXTENSIÓN CHONE 2013(INGENIERÍA ZOOTÉCNICA, 2013) RODRÍGUEZ ALCÍVAR, ERICK MIGUEL ; VINUEZA LOOR, CARLOS VINICIO ; ZAMBRANO MOLINA, GABRIEL BOANERGEThe goal of this project is to improve food processes to increase production parameters in the facultad de Ciencias Zootécnicas de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí while improving the quality of education with practical tools to facilite their studies. To carry out the project settled existing priorities within the Facultad were established methods and tecniques involving the university community to detect the various problems that exist in the institution, and be able to plan and execute actions as necesary to improve participatory. Through proper coordination was possible to work with the production parameters, involving the educational community in each of the stages of improvement. The development of the project greately improved unwrapping cattle production area; since processes were improved livestock feeding and achieved technify and train faculty and students oustside the school community. The project was important because it introduced new processes cattle feed as the cornerstone to archivie efficiency, effectiveness and economy of resources that manage the different areas of the Facultad.

ItemMEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS DE PRODUCCIÓN PORCINA EN LOS PEQUEÑOS PRODUCTORES AGROPECUARIOS DEL SITIO SANTA ROSA DEL COMUNAL DE LA PARROQUIA SAN PEDRO DE SUMA DEL CANTÓN EL CARMEN(INGENIERÍA ZOOTÉCNICA, 2013) CÓRDOVA NAVIA, EUCLIDES MANUEL ; CÓRDOVA NAVIA, LUIS ANIBAL ; OLGUÍN COVEÑA, JOSÉ EDISSON ; ZAMBRANO RODRÍGUEZ, AMADO RAMÓNThe aim of this project was to improve pig production processes to increase profit margins on small farmers Santa Rosa site of the Parish Community of San Pedro de Sum of Canton El Carmen in the period 2013. To carry out the project were prioritized problems in the estates of the site, achieving coordinate, organize, plan and implement actions needed to improve in a participatory manner. Through proper coordination was possible to work with the production parameters , involving the community in each of the stages of improvement, allowing greatly improve the unfolding swine production area , as they improved management processes food technologist , genetics and reproduction through training smallholders Santa Rosa site site of the Parish Community of San Pedro de Sum of Canton El Carmen . The research work yielded as conclusions: the producers are motivated because the implementation of the acquired knowledge allows them to be more efficient in swine production processes , demonstrating that it has strengthened the quality and conversion, which significantly increases the quality improvement of lives of small producers.

ItemMEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PROCESOS PRODUCTIVOS EN BOVINO DE ENGORDE EN LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ZOOTÉCNICAS EXTENSIÓN CHONE DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ(INGENIERÍA ZOOTÉCNICA, 2013) ANDRADE SOLÓRZANO, CARLOS ANDRÉS ; CEDEÑO MENDOZA, PEDRO AGUSTÍN ; LOOR COBEÑA, JOSÉ MIGUEL ; RODRÍGUEZ RIVAS, YEMBER ARTEMIOThe present graduation work in the Modality Community Work, was carried out in the Ability of Sciences Zootécnicas of the Technical University of Manabí, in the area of Animal Production, with the participation of the four egresados of the Ability, to improve the productive processes, being made trainings to improve the processes in bovine of it puts on weight, those that were managed to the university and external community. The university community adopted these practices since they are based in technical of first level, which contributes to the execution of the institutional mission of the Ability; in a same way the qualified external community evidenced a receptive attitude toward the processes, showing its bias to use them.
