    The project in reference to the creation of a Cooperative of Agricultural Credit in the parish Charapotó of the Cantón Sucre (Bay of Caráquez), as a means to develop the efficiency and effectiveness through the credits that will be granted to the population that is devoted to the production of the agricultural sector. In this context it was considered the population's valuable acceptance, after having consulted to a good number of the community that is devoted to the production of the different lines of agricultural products, like it is the rice, corn, melon, watermelon, among others. The Cooperative that is sought to create, will have a competent and prepared personnel inside the main areas, where it will fulfill the outlined objectives that it is to improve the population's economic and social system dedicated to the different productive sectors, but mainly the agricultural one. He/she is also considering in the advantages that it will be given in the credits based to the interest rates like the period of time that he/she will have the client to fulfill the services that he/she will give them the Cooperative of Agricultural Credit in the parish settling down. This way the benefits that it will toast to the sector, can settle down although it is certain that a problem is presented as for the selection of the human resources, but the Cooperative will use a selection system based to the existent technological changes on this type of financial activity, like it is the one of managing all the main tools as the Internet, Página WEB and others that belong to last model inside the Cooperative of Agricultural Credit. Finally with this work it will be contributed in significant form to the development of the parish and this way to be able to find new forms of the population's organization in creating other productive activities that are supported and guaranteed by the credits that it will grant the Cooperative to be formed microempresarios, artisans and for ende to strengthen the new youth's economic well-being that is anxious of collaborating to the socioeconomic development of the parish, the canton and the county of Manabí.
