    The private sector of the Ecuadorian economy and the province of Manabí, in permanent has been strengthening productive activity in all sectors economical. These production processes have required resource management systems human, financial that constitute the fixed and operational assets of each company, as happens with the “Pechichal” poultry farm in the Junín canton. Business management becomes a process of searching for modernist events that They determine a high level of management and custody of resources. The study carried out contemplates a descriptive analysis of the purpose of the system of the administration of the various components that affect the productivity of the Poultry, whose objectives are limited to achieving levels of modernization and market competition, where many competitors of varied conditions intervene economic, social, and political. The business organization combines a series of theoretical aspects, whose foundation tends to optimize its resources and reduce costs of production, in this environment, the “Pechichal” Poultry Company maintains its administrative organization and a human resource that works according to the distribution of work by its general manager/owner, who directs all the processes related to Poultry, maintaining it as one of the largest companies importance within this sector at the level of the Junín canton, in the province of Manabí.
