    The population's economic and productive sostenibilidad is bounded in activities that generate incomes and they allow them in parts to satisfy their most urgent necessities. The agriculture as an activity of full subsistence is able to maintain to the united diverse family groups, to motivate its stability and in a general way to produce goods and services for the market. Under these conditions the Family Orchards, are productive units with diversity of cultivations that achieve a high commercialization process, mobilization of economic resources and integration of several economic sectors. The study about the analysis of the productivity and profitability of the Orchards familis, and its incidence in the socio-economic development, of the province of Manabí, is determined in a logical process of qualitative evaluation - quantitative - descriptive, when relating in general form the incomes for the total of the proprietors of the Orchards familis and to obtain the row entrance for the agricultural activity what demonstrates that this productive process if it impacts in the improvement of the conditions of the population's life. The technical events applied under the methodological outline of scientific character, it was able to complete the objectives of the treatment of the information and with it to formalize the presentation of the obtained statistic.
