The organizational climate affects the behavior of the members of the company, through perceptions that they have of multiple factors of reality in the work area, such as levels of communication, motivation, productivity, authority, policies, security, collaboration , working conditions, among others. It is considered as a filter where the objective situations of an organization go through, together with the work performance these are perceived by the people who make up the organization affecting their behaviors and attitudes in a positive or negative way, if these two are not carried out variables in the mixed transport company TRANSROCATAXI SA is losing reliability in the market until the closure of the organization The objective of this research is to analyze the organizational climate and its impact on the work performance of the mixed transport company TRANSROCATAXI S.A The population for the research was 31 partner-collaborators of the company, which was carried out a survey, the present investigation is correlational because it is desired to know the degree of incidence that exists between the organizational climate and the work performance of the collaborators of the mixed transport company TRANSROCATAXI SA
