    The following work was carried out under the necessity suffered by the student community, especially those who suffered some kind of physical disability when mobilized to the central library of the Technical University of Manabi, making a tangible improvement in their step on this path. The design and construction of a roadside with concrete sidewalk and cobblestone able to enhance the self-esteem of each and every one of those who make up this student population, creating comfort, safety and inclusive accessibility for those who come to this center of research arises. This route of pedestrian access was controlling each of the parameters established in the rules of construction in Ecuador, and under the tutelage of teachers and authorities that make up the Technical University of Manabi. It has an architectural, structural and economic support of the terms executed in this work with their respective analysis process, following the development by other projects that this work titration as survey, stakeout, eviction, filling is complemented, Paving stones and building walls, and this development is the foundation of plain concrete pavements of resistance f 'c = 210kg / cm2 . Given the positive impact brought about in the educational community of the Technical University of Manabi for the development of this work that embellishes and exalts this meeting point more objective and comfortably
