    Estudio de mercado y técnico para la producción y comercialización de jeans personalizados en Portoviejo

    The development of this work constitutes the realization of the market and technical study for the production and marketing of personalized jeans in Portoviejo, where the unsatisfied needs of merchants were taken into account. In this way, six chapters were analyzed, where the most important parameters are analyzed. With the research carried out in Portoviejo, it was determined that the place has the necessary conditions for the development of the project of production and marketing of personalized jeans. In addition, it was possible to learn about the main advantages of the sector that is located on José María Urbina University Avenue in Portoviejo. In the theoretical framework, the terms used in the development of the research were contextualized through the information used. The methodology used in our investigative work was quantitative and qualitative, in the same way we used research techniques and instruments such as the survey and the interview. A survey was carried out to determine the acceptance of the proposal, which resulted in 88% of merchants agreeing that there is a local company dedicated to its production. The market study made it possible to identify the current demand that exists in commercial stores for women's jeans, as well as to know the place of origin of the suppliers who are in charge of establishing the product in the market, reaching the conclusion that there is no production in Portoviejo. jeans store and not custom jeans either. Through the technical study, it was determined that the sector located on José María Urbina Avenue in Portoviejo will be the strategic location of the project.
