    The present community project consists of carrying out a study for the occupational management, industrial safety for the process of reinforcement of the building of the Industrial Engineering career. This work is based on the norms and techniques of industrial safety used in the building of the race, in the accomplishment of the work activities carried out by the personnel that works in its remodeling, due to the affectations that had during the earthquake that the 16 of April 2016 hit the country, greatly affecting our canton and therefore our alma mater as is the Technical University of Manabi, based on this is a procedure for valuation and analysis of the entire installation of the building. Also of the adaptation of classrooms so that teachers can impart their classes to the students and these in turn improve their capacity and therefore their productivity. In the current investigation the main objective is to identify the risk factors that exist within this area to prevent incidents and accidents that may occur and in addition to being prevented from any type of natural disaster, for that reason the use of preventive and corrective measures if the case is of vital importance to prevent future occupational illnesses such as personal injuries or illnesses produced by them, in turn they are anxious to reduce the risks to which the teachers, students, workers and other people who make use of this infrastructure are exposed . With this, it is sought to reduce the degree of disease, in addition to increasing the efficiency between teacher-student in the course of their activities and increasing their performance. This is why it is proposed to propose a model of safety for future buildings within the Technical University of Manabí aimed at controlling the physical and ergonomic risk encountered, since they are the most concurrent. Thus the study carried out is of technical and practical application, so that the concepts and methods used can help in the diagnosis and resolution of a problem. With this research, we tried to establish the real dimension of the problem and to intervene in a preventive way by carrying out the search of the risks present in the building. For this, the field research was developed and the descriptive method was used under data collection, variables and characteristics of a sample. In this evaluation it was concluded that teachers and students now need a safety model to safeguard their lives, as well as the use of air-conditioned classrooms that provide the necessary comfort for the development of their activities, as well as furniture in perfect condition that Dowry of comfort to those who make use of them. In addition, to instruct by means of informative methods on the norms of security, signals and signs of security that will help to plan and adopt different types of preventive measures that will avoid that accidents occur at work fulfilling the general purpose of the industrial security: to preserve the health, the Life and the wellbeing of the man in relation to the work and the environment that surrounds it.

    Concelnet is a company dedicated to providing fiber optic internet installation and maintenance services to the Manabi community, which is located in the Rocafuerte Canton, Manabí Province. It should be emphasized that the company does not have a risk prevention plan, the same ones that are exposed to various risk situations exposed in the work areas where they carry out their daily activities, each of them unaware of the accidents that could be. That is why it is very important to consider the development of an occupational risk prevention plan and in the same way to be able to comply with what is contemplated by the Ecuadorian regulations regarding the safety and health and well-being of workers.

    In the present titling work, it has to be focused on a proposal for a safety and industrial hygiene plan for the prevention of occupational risks, through the analysis and identification of each risk which can be found in the mechanical metal Art Furniture, to which workers are exposed in their work activities, these hazards are electrical, ergonomic, physical, mechanical, chemical and psychosocial. For the realization of the proposal of the safety and hygiene plan, it was carried out through the elaboration and analysis of the Iper matrix, thus achieving results in a clear and orderly manner of the risks present, which is sought to be achieved with this proposal. is that workers can have a better management and control of the risks they are exposed to by applying prevention measures for each type of risk, managing to avoid an accident at work. We can say that a safety and hygiene plan at work promotes a safe and healthy work environment, by offering an environment which allows the organization, identification and control of risks to reduce the potential for accidents with compliance with legal regulations. in force.
