    This project focuses on the continuous improvement of Cartomanabi, a company dedicated to the production of corrugated cardboard. Through a thorough analysis of the company's current situation, areas for improvement are identified and concrete actions are established to address them. The goal is to optimize production processes, improve productivity, and create a suitable work environment for employees in the production area. Key factors such as space, material, manpower, tools, and waste are considered for efficient spatial distribution. The research supports the development of a continuous improvement proposal in the production area, based on data collection to evidence the existing problems in the company. As part of a methodological process, a qualitative approach is used that includes an interview with the owner, a survey of the workers, an Ishikawa diagram, and the application of the 5S to determine the current conditions and distribution of the company. Once the information is obtained, a proposal is made focused on the implementation of suitable measures for the processes, with the aim of providing optimal work for the workers in the production area. This will allow the establishment of competitive advantages without compromising the quality and production of the cardboard. In summary, this project seeks to transform Cartomanabi into a more efficient and competitive company through the continuous improvement of its production processes.
