Studies in the Faculty of Agricultural, Technical University of Manabi dropped as a result the need to implement an area of social welfare, to provide comfort and services corresponding to each of the people who attend this college. This area will improve the quality of life of students, faculty and staff of agricultural faculty, and likewise contribute to increased economic and social flow of the faculty. He proceeded to perform the necessary studies reaching a defined project, designed with the aim of providing a welcoming atmosphere, the same that began with soil improvement in the building, then the design of the structure and then to the construction of phase I. This project was possible thanks to the economic contribution of the Technical University of Manabí given through a system of scholarships to graduates of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences Physical and Chemical. By implementing this project, he brought rewarding experiences, which makes the authors of this thesis, the most unforgettable student life, and as meaning the start of professional life.
