ItemANSIEDAD Y CARGA LABORAL EN LOS DOCENTES DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA BÁSICA FISCAL “JUAN BENIGNO VELA” ZONA 4, DISTRITO 13D01 EN LA PARROQUIA CRUCITA EN EL PERIODO 2020-2021.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2021) ARGÜELLO ÁLAVA, LÍRIZEN LILIANA ; PITA PÉREZ, JENNY JUDITH ; LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICAAnxiety and its characteristic symptoms is one of the most commonly diagnosed affections today, it can generally be normal and healthy in some cases, as it usually prepares the individual for stressful situations but many times when these symptoms are not managed correctly, on time or not it is given due importance, a disorder with both psychic and somatic alterations can develop that affects the individual at a personal work and social level. In relation to the workload and what the teaching work implies, teachers are exposed to situations that can cause anxiety among other common psychological problems in this profession with a community focus.

ItemEL ESTRÉS COMO FACTOR INFLUYENTE EN EL DESARROLLO DEL SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EN LOS DOCENTES DE LA FACULTAD CIENCIAS HUMANISTICAS Y SOCIALES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TECNICA DE MANABI.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICA ; PALMA ROMERO, MARYURI JULIANAThe purpose of this work is to determine if stress is an influential factor for the development of Burnout syndrome, for the effect it has been considered to the population of teachers of the Technical University of Manabí in the Faculty of Humanistic and Social Sciences, to the which were applied to surveys and the Maslach Burnout Inventory test. The relationships between both variables were analyzed, which by means of the descriptive method established their differences, origins of each one, treatment methods and in turn causes and consequences of these. The results show that there is a trend towards the emergence of the syndrome thanks to an element that is present in teachers and that is going to develop in the present research, called Emotional Exhaustion.

Escuela de Psicología Clínica., 2017-10) LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICA ; VÉLIZ SANTOS, KIARA ALEJANDRAEl Psicólogo Clínico es un profesional que cuenta con un campo amplio para su ejercicio y por lo que se vuelve imprescindible desarrollar determinadas destrezas y habilidades. El propósito de este trabajo radica en determinar las habilidades blandas del profesional para su intervención en la salud pública. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica actualizada y la aplicación de encuestas a los Psicólogos que laboran en las instituciones del Ministerio de Salud Pública (MSP) de la ciudad de Portoviejo, capital de la provincia de Manabí-Ecuador, y a 60 pacientes que reciben atención psicológica. Se verificó la importancia de desarrollar las habilidades: trabajo en equipo, empatía, trabajar bajo presión, escucha activa, optimización del tiempo, habilidad para detectar necesidades, creatividad, capacidad para resolver problemas y actitud positiva para lograr una intervención psicológica de calidad ante las demandas de asistencia individual y grupal del medio, lo que permitió llegar a la conclusión que es en el ejercicio donde se crea la real necesidad para formar y desarrollar las competencias generales y específicas que se requieren para un buen desempeño personal y profesional.

ItemLA UTILIZACIÓN DE REDES SOCIALES Y SUS EFECTOS PSICOLÓGICOS EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LA ESCUELA DE PSICOLOGÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE MANABÍ(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICA ; FERNÁNDEZ MOREIRA, KATHERINE SOPHIAThe objective of this study was to find the incidence of the use of social networks in the psychological structure of the students of the School of Psychology, of the Universidad Técnica de Manabí. The type of study for this research was, descriptive, with a non-experimental, cross- sectional design. The issue of social networks as a means of interaction is, by default, the reason why they exist and were created. However, this technology boom has had a parallel effect on the psyche of the individual, so much so that in Ecuador and around the world, research has been carried out on this reality, since the psychological effects of the use Unmeasured social networks, are considered worrisome by most agencies of social control and health worldwide. For this research, we used the Social Network Addiction Questionnaire (ARS), with which we could obtain results, very significant, such as; that 54% of the analyzed population, reflected addiction to social networks, scoring in the scale, high average. 60% of the total studied, showed uneasiness when it comes to wanting to use social networks, reflecting in the scale, intense levels of uneasiness, that is, it exceeds the average. And in regard to psychological incidents, 95% of the population analyzed showed alterations in sleep due to the prolonged use of social networks, 85% showed anxiety and only 15% alterations in mood in an unconventional manner. This research shows and describes the results obtained, making a comparison with the research already done in other contexts and being able to observe the similarities and differences between the results of each one.

ItemLAS HABILIDADES BLANDAS DEL PSICÓLOGO CLÍNICO EN SU INTERVENCIÓN EN LA SALUD PÚBLICA(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2017) LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICA ; VÉLIZ SANTOS, KIARA ALEJANDRAThe Clinical Psychologist is a professional who has a wide field to exercise and so it becomes essential to develop certain skills and abilities. The purpose of this work is to determine the soft skills of this professional for their intervention in public health. An updated bibliographic review and the application of surveys to Psychologists working in the institutions of the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) of the city of Portoviejo, capital of the province of Manabí-Ecuador, and 60 patients receiving psychological care. It was verified the importance of developing the skills: teamwork, empathy, working under pressure, active listening, time optimization, ability to detect needs, creativity, ability to solve problems and positive attitude to achieve a quality psychological intervention to the demands of individual and group assistance of the environment, which allowed to come to the conclusion that it is in the exercise that creates the real need to form and develop the general skills and needs that are required for a good personal and professional performance.

ItemLAS MADRES UNIVERSITARIAS Y UN ESPACIO LÚDICO FORMATIVO PARA SUS HIJOS(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2018) LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICA ; MACÍAS NAVARRETE, ANDREA LISSETTEIn Ecuador there is a large number of women who have children in the university stage, hand in hand with books, classrooms, blackboards or otherwise children in the care of other people, with the sole purpose of allowing the student to conclude the better way your years of study. In the Technical University of Manabí in the careers of clinical psychology, librarianship, social work and executive secretariat there is a population of 154 mothers, some with the opportunity for their relatives to help them with the care of their children while they are studying and others who do not. They have this help, running the risk of defecting when having to choose between care and study. The purpose of evidencing this problem is to propose a playful educational space for the children of university mothers, a place where the students can leave their children with the tranquility that this causes, sure that the care of them is in good hands, with the possibility that they continue studying while they have their children nearby, in a learning space.

ItemSÍNDROME DE BURNOUT Y LA ATENCIÓN AL PÚBLICO EN EL HOSPITAL VERDI CEVALLOS BALDA, PORTOVIEJO(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2017) GARCÍA CEDEÑO, MARÍA LEONILA ; DELGADO TEJENA, ERIKA STEFANÍA ; LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICAThe purpose of this work is to identify the relationship between the Burnout syndrome and the attention to the public by the staff of the Statistics Department of the "Verdi Cevallos Balda" Hospital in the city of Portoviejo, April-June 2018; for the start-up, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire was used, which measures emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment; the results show that employees feel exhausted at the end of their workday; and recognize attitudes of coldness and detachment; in terms of depersonalization, they manifest that they easily lose their emotional balance with clients (patients). On the other hand, self-esteem is high and they feel personally fulfilled. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a presence of burnout syndrome evidenced in symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, anxiety that affect the attention to the public. And as for the perception of the patients, through the surveys, it was possible to determine that they visualize a level of stress in the personnel.

ItemUN ESPACIO LÚDICO-FORMATIVO PARA EL DESARROLLO COGNITIVO DE NIÑOS DE MADRES UNIVERSITARIAS.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2019) MACIAS PINCAY, ANA KAREN ; LAZO MOREIRA, MARÍA VERÓNICAThe provision of a recreational-training space is to encourage early education for children, in the case of children of university mothers; It will enhance cognitive skills, such as attention, multisensory, language, learning, memory and concentration, among others, as well as the professional care that the child can receive, the physical and emotional security that the space provides The child as well as the mother will have a substantial contribution, in addition to the cognitive stimulation that is offered in the center. In a survey carried out to the university mothers of the Faculty of Humanistic and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí, whose population is of 154 mothers students, distributed in: Clinical Psychology (65), Librarianship (35), Social Work (38) and Executive Secretariat (16) with an age of between 19 to 32 years, the results denote the need for a playful and formative center for the children of university mothers.
