    The organizational climate involves a value judgment in which physical, mental and emotional dimensions act, and given being variable from person to person, greatly influences -whether positive or negative- in the productivity and development of the entity, whether public or private. Of this, the need for measurement since, in order to apply corrective measures, as well as to create the desired climate of harmony, the existing problems must be known. Therefore, the motivation of this research is focused on analyzing the factors that influence the organizational climate of the Unit of Administration of Scholarships and Economic Aid Zonal Coordination 4 Senescyt. To do this, the descriptive-correlational method with non-experimental design was used. Applying two surveys, the first studied in order to study the organizational climate and the second in order to determine the level of satisfaction of employees. The results indicate that the Unit of Administration of Scholarships and Economic Aid Zonal Coordination 4 Senescyt, despite the studies and strategies it provides to public sector institutions, there are factors that affect the organizational climate, and as a result of this problem a negative influence on the satisfaction of public servants is determined. That is why, it is concluded that, the better the organizational climate in organizations, the greater the satisfaction of employees.
