ItemEl liderazgo y su implicancia en la gestión integrada de clientes y servicios en el GAD del cantón Puerto Quito.(Universidad Técnica de Manabí, 2021) Anchundia López, Kerly Julissa ; Navarrete Proaño, Jessenia karina ; Mendoza García, Jairo IssacThe objective of this research is to determine how the leadership style contributes to the levels of job satisfaction and how it influences the results of the integrated management of clients and services provided by the GAD of the Puerto Quito canton. The reviewed literature allows us to analyze leadership styles, job satisfaction and customer. The studied population consists of 15 individuals between bosses and employees, 30 employees. To identify the Leadership style, a Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid survey was used, addressed to 5 heads of the administration department. The results obtained show that the predominant leadership style is balance or a half way, with respect to the results of job satisfaction, it is achieved that the employees are moderately satisfied with the predominant style. In the results of the clients, it was found that they have moderate satisfaction. Some conclusions and recommendations addressed to the Municipal GAD of Puerto Quito were raised to demonstrate the leadership style that their administrators and leaders carry, since job and customer satisfaction can be improved.
