    In this research called "PLAZA UNIVERSITY AS SCENARIO OF CONVERGENCE OF MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES - MATRIX TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF MANABI AREA OF INTERVENTION COFFEE BAR 3" refers to the problem that is created from the observation in reality on the effects that are created in the pursuit of learning excellence. It's no secret that education in the country progresses, this creates the imperative need for enabling environments for students in which they can in one way or another recreation. Specifically, the study is defined in two phases, the first phase is an analysis of emerging needs of students and the university, the university in its commitment to excellence, is aimed at obtaining category A of universities in the country , so you can be this possible need to have spaces such as university places. The second phase is based on structural analysis for the completion and construction of a sitting area college student to develop multiple activities, verifying that the structure complies with the rules and standards necessary to provide services and operation suitable. The aim of the research was to design and build a university place as scenario of convergence of multiple activities with emphasis ecological bar 3 for Technical University of Manabi, to improve the stay of students both domestic city as external. The methodology used was the qualitative and quantitative surveying 262 students from the Technical University of Manabi, the results show that complied fully with the verification of ecological construction needs-3 Bar Plaza Universitaria; the budget of the work according to the average cost was calculated; and the construction process of the work was monitored. We conclude that the ecological-3 Bar Plaza Universitaria is a implemented on college campuses and is an icon within the existing infrastructure work.
